Having done this for over 10 years, I know there is nothing more frustrating than your game(s) not working right.
When your machine isn't working, I'll work to help get things back on track. I'll attempt to diagnose and repair anything minor from stuck balls, weak flippers, lights that won't work, strange noises, to the extreme issues such as completely non-working machines.
I no longer do full playfield swaps or "hard top" installations or any form of restoration work (aside from basic cleaning and rubber replacement, if requested).
I offer multiple options:
No need to move a 300-pound pinball machine. I'll bring the tools and parts directly to your home, game room, office, or business.
I can come pick up the machine or have it dropped off at my shop in Cheat Lake, WV.
For in-home repair services, an $30 fee is charged for initial on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting.
This is NOT charged for utilizing the submission request form.
For repairs on machines that have been picked up or dropped off such that the machines can be worked on at my shop, a $15/hr discount is applied.
Pricing for repair or maintenance services vary based on the specific games and the complexity of problem(s) to be addressed.
Repairs that require circuit board work or repair will have a higher per-hour rate. Any circuit board repairs that cannot be completed will be sent away to a specialist (with customer approval).
Any parts that must be ordered for repair will be billed at cost.
